World Nepal Trek - Terms and Conditions

Booking and Confirmation:

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
  
• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation.
• The remaining balance must be settled before the commencement of the trip.

Payment Policy:

• Payments can be made through bank transfers or online payment methods.
  
• World Nepal Trek reserves the right to cancel the booking if payments are not received as per the agreed schedule.

Cancellation and Refund:

• The non-refundable deposit will not be refunded under any circumstances.
  
• Cancellation fees may apply based on the proximity to the departure date.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable time frame.

Alterations and Amendments:

• Changes to the itinerary or services may be accommodated based on availability and mutual agreement.
  
• World Nepal Trek reserves the right to modify the itinerary in case of unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, political unrest, or safety concerns.

Travel Insurance:

• It is mandatory for all travelers to have comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellations, and emergency evacuations.
  
• World Nepal Trek is not liable for any expenses incurred due to lack of or insufficient travel insurance.

Health and Fitness:

• Travelers are responsible for assessing their own health and fitness levels before embarking on any trek or adventure.
  
• World Nepal Trek may request a medical certificate confirming fitness for certain strenuous activities.

Liability and Responsibility:

• World Nepal Trek acts as an intermediary between travelers and various service providers. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or negligence of these providers.
  
• Travelers are responsible for their personal belongings, and World Nepal Trek is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft.

Force Majeure:

• World Nepal Trek is not liable for any disruptions or cancellations due to force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government regulations.

Code of Conduct:

• Travelers are expected to adhere to local customs, traditions, and laws.
  
• Disruptive behavior, illegal activities, or any conduct that jeopardizes the safety of the group may result in expulsion from the trip without refund.

Complaints and Grievances:

• Any complaints or grievances should be communicated to World Nepal Trek promptly to allow for resolution during the trip.
  
• Formal complaints must be submitted in writing within 15 days of the trip's completion.

Photography and Marketing:

• World Nepal Trek reserves the right to use photographs and videos taken during the trip for marketing and promotional purposes unless otherwise specified by the traveler.

Applicable Law:

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Nepal, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Nepalese courts.
  

By confirming a booking with World Nepal Trek, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. World Nepal Trek reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
